Rumors are swirling that Sony will start offering movie downloads to the PS3 this summer.
This prediction states that, before September 21st Sony will start offering movie downloads to the PS3. An announcement of an up-coming service to be launched on or after September 21st is not sufficient. Other video (or non-movie "digital media") download capability is not sufficient. This prediction will close as successful if, on or before September 20th, Sony starts publically offering the ability to use a PS3 to download full-length feature films.
