Recently, Apple's iTunes 8 was launched with support for high-definition content. The current models of the iPhone and iPod Touch do not support viewing HD content. Apple watchers anticipate a new iPhone with more storage space and increased processing power that will support HD.
Prediction: Apple announces iPhone HD or iPod Touch HD by September 30, 2009. For a favorable judgment, an HD-supported iPhone or iPod Touch need not be available at the time of the announcement. Let the community decide. Place your bets!

Hmm.. well its a little hard to decide, but I too have heard rumors about this iPhone and iPod touch HD. Many sources already have one and if you have a 1g or 2g iPod touch, sources are saying you can upgrade it for $100 - $200 more. But as we all don't know yet, were all just waiting and hoping...
Ipod sucks, MSFT already announced the zune HD like a mouth ago, & now this, Come on!

I honestly think that Apple has a spy at Microsoft. Haven't you guys noticed how Microsoft gives out a great idea and then like a month later Apple is conveniently doing the exact same thing? Personally, Apple pisses me off. I REALLY hope that Microsoft wins this Tech war so that we can all "just go home". You guys are dumb or something. Apple Inc had the iPod and video iPod years before MS had anything. And I hope you all have fun with viruses and with WIN 7. Apple will have SnowLeopard out a month before Win 7. Is 29 for the upgrade not 129 as Win7 and it is actually 6 gigs SMALLER than its predecessor and going to be light years ahead of windows.. windows is the one who copies Apple. Apple had widgets .. oh then windows gets gadgets... apple has .mac and mobile me.. now ms has Skydrive.. interesting.. good luck everyone.. i was a huge ms fan for years and years.. and then i ordered a macbook pro.. and i would never ever ever go back.. my computer works flawless .. i never have a BSOD ... i never have to deal with it crashing.. with viruses.. it all works all the time.. i dont have to call india... i dont have to mail my portable in.. i can deal with everything in the states with hardware and software in here..
I must admit apple has come up with some incredible pieces of tech gadgets and software, my favourite of coarse being the iPhone. What Microsoft needs to do is put thier best team of hardware & software people together and come up with an "Mphone" or somthing. If they can achive a phone better than the iPhone , this I would kill to see. I'm the meantime I would have to say that apple is ahead of everybody else. The one thing I can't stand about apple is that they won't let you do simple things like , drag and drop video without the pain of converting it first, the fact that flash is not supported on online video contact along with some other things.
Like I said ms souls should come up with thie own phone that's different than the iPhone that offers somthings that the iPhone doesn't offer, may I suggest a HD recording, picture taking phone with a scale that could be detachable. Those are some quick ideas that I came up with while I'm typing this on my iPhone.
