Apple yesterday announced their Q3 earnings and included a mysterious reference to a "future product transition". The wording suggests that it might not be the long speculated iTablet, but rather a transition for an existing product.

The prediction is for Apple to announce the launch of iTablet/MacBook Touch (or whatever the final name may be) by end of September, 2008. A favorable judgement can be made if ALL following criterias are met:
1) The new product will be a Multi-touch with no physical keyboard
2) The new product will have a physical screen size is between a MacBook Air and iPhone
3) Announcement is made formally by Apple
