A Malaysian website that has correctly predicted Microsoft product announcements in the past claims Microsoft will publicly announce prices for Windows 7 in mid-June.
Microsoft has already discussed what versions of Windows 7 will be available to customers, and the company says the operating system will become available "in time for the holiday shopping season."
Prediction: Microsoft will announce the prices of at least two versions of Windows 7 on or before June 19, 2009. The prices must be described in a press release or come from a quote from a named Microsoft executive in a news article or official Microsoft blog post.
Related prediction: Windows 7 Home Premium retails for $139 or less?
