Hulu is a hot commodity. Even YouTube is starting to copy the online video site. Some have suggested that Yahoo beef up its beleagured online video presence with a stake in Hulu. Now there's rumors that Disney may be looking at Hulu. Disney owns ABC and ESPN.
Prediction: Disney will acquire a stake in Hulu by the end of July 2009.

According to article, Disney is taking a business agreement approach rather than the equity approach.
Well ... according to Disney-Hulu deal done with a 30% equity stake exchange.
