General Manager

VP Retail Marketing - Online Brokerage
The VP Retail Marketing will develop and implement a marketing plan to
increase profitable retail memberships for FOLIOfn's online brokerage. This
plan would encompass strategies to increase both direct retail memberships
and retail memberships through third party partnerships and alliances.
Source, negotiate, and manage retail partnerships and alliances. Drive and
build awareness of FOLIOfn's products and services.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will be highly proficient in online marketing,
including guerilla marketing and search engine optimization and have deep
knowledge of investing. Additionally, he/she has a solid track record of
developing and implementing profitable customer acquisition strategies for
an Internet company. The ideal candidate has the experience and knowledge
to strategize, plan and prioritize, but also has the creativity, energy and
determination to work entrepreneurially. Must be able to implement, execute
and do whatever it takes to get the job done. Must have excellent project
management skills and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Internet start-up experience is desirable. Technical savvy, so as to be
able to understand our products is required. Management skills are a plus.
Also, the VP Retail Marketing must have outstanding written and verbal
communication skills. Additional desired competencies include, the ability
to learn rapidly; flexible intellect and highly flexible work-style; ability
to work in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment; and a collaborative,
non-political, non-bureaucratic work-style. A Bachelor's degree is
required.

Essential Job Functions:
- Direct the development and maintenance of a vast library of courses consistently working with IT to streamline, automate and maintain publishing environment.
