Vice President, Site/Customer Experience
The VP, Site/Customer Experience has ultimate responsibility for the customer experience on the Match.com site. Responsibilities include:
- Delivering monthly registered user to paying customer conversion objectives.
- Oversee all projects related to the development and enhancement of the web site from a consumer experience perspective with particular focus on: Profile creation process, Customer matching, Customer to customer communication, General navigation as well as look and feel
- Be the customers’ advocate and the company expert in understanding our customers.
- Implement a structured test and learn framework to track & measure impact of site side changes.
- Manage the Site/Customer Experience team/resources in order to drive results.
- In conjunction with the SVP/GM, North America, establish long-range plans, strategy and policy.
- Continuously collaborate with cross-functional teams.
