Director of Business Development
The Director of Business Development is responsible for seeking out and forging key partnerships. Candidates must have at least 4-6 years of experience in structuring and negotiating strategic relationships. Including closing key customers, syndication and licensing partnerships. This person will work constantly with management to insure their efforts are in parity with the strategic vision of the company. This requires a great attention to detail and superb communication skills.
All candidates will have a deep knowledge of performing business development tasks inside of a top tier Internet company (Yahoo, Google, eBay). And the ideal candidate must be extremely partner focused, proactive, entrepreneurial, and work effectively within a team environment.

Director, e-Commerce
* Manage Consumer Store - refresh and re-launch with expanded catalog and advertising entry points.
* Work closely with eBusiness and eCommerce team and any external vendors to upgrade the Consumer Store to have professional look and a flawless customer experience.
* Resonsible for achieving target margins and net contribution to company for the XM consumer store.
* Manage inventory forecasting, procurement and levels for key distribution partner and XM kiosks on a DAILY basis
* Manage returns, refurbishment, and tracking of equipment
* Create B-stock programs for refurbished equipment
* Manage product life cycle for assigned product lines with key partner
* Manage vendor relationship with key partner relative to product fulfilment and warehousing operations
* Responsible for the management of website development and changes on behalf of key partner including timely pricing changes

Director, Business Development
The Director, Business Development will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic relationships for OurPictures. Candidate will negotiate, structure, and close transactions with distribution, technology, and content partners to drive the OurPictures business. This will include participation in the development of strategy, analysis of market opportunities, and development of business plans. Candidate will collaborate across functional groups, such as products, marketing, technology, legal, and finance to further OurPictures objectives and drive partnerships to successful completion. This position reports to the Vice President, Business Development, but also will have significant exposure to the CEO.

VP Marketing
The VP of Marketing will be responsible for the management of a team of integrated marketing managers. The goal of the team is to drive integrated marketing communications across the company by working with senior management within business units as well as product management and marketing. The primary charter of the VP of Marketing will be to drive integrated marketing plans that are effective and efficient, working with multiple disciplines across the company and globe to achieve this objective.

VP of Operations
Tickle, the online consumer digital media division of Monster.com, is looking to hire a hands-on VP of Operations. Tickle is currently a 65-person subsidiary and growing. Most of the employees are based in the San Francisco headquarters. The company has two sources of revenue: consumer subscriptions to online digital services, and advertising. The VP Operations will be a key member of the 5-person management team.
