Mr. Hileman specializes in strategy, business development, finance, and innovation. He has more than 10 years of experience with both startups and well known companies such as The Industry Standard, Bank of America, Allianz, and The Home Depot. His responsibilities have included management, business strategy, partnerships, product development, competitor analysis, and post-merger integration & consolidation. He has served on the boards of directors of both public and private companies.

Previously Mr. Hileman co-founded a $300M investment firm that financed and launched web technology companies. He worked in both Montgomery Securities’ Corporate Finance and Equity Research departments and executed over a billion dollars in M&A and underwriting transactions for the technology & financial services industries.

Mr. Hileman holds an MBA from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland, after which he completed a post-graduate fellowship with the World Business Academy. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Economics from the University of Washington in Seattle. There he was elected student body president. He actively competes in USSA ski racing, USTA tennis and USCF chess.
