Facebook is still growing at a blistering pace. Dave Moran, who leads the hot social networking site's application platform team, announced that Facebook has reached 175 million active users, or registered users who have visited the site at least once per month. Facebook's user base has grown 75% in the past six months.

Prediction: Facebook will reach 200 million active users by April 1, 2009.
