The Los Angeles Times reports this morning that an employee of e-Bullion co-owner James Fayed has been arrested in connection with the murder of his wife, Pamela Fayed. However, the report says that the man, Jose Luis Moya, is not an e-Bullion employee:

Moya, who worked as the manager of James Fayed's Moorpark ranch, allegedly rented a sport utility vehicle that was used in the attack and was seen fleeing from the scene in the vehicle, according to a law enforcement source who requested anonymity due to the sensitivity of the ongoing investigation. Moya is not believed to have actually wielded the knife in the attack, the source said.

The Times reports that Moya is being held without bail, and police have not named a suspect in the knife attack.

James Fayed has not been charged in the case, but remains in custody on a federal charge of operating a money transmittal business without a license. That case will go to trial this month.
