You can find a world of trouble online. For instance...

Precepts of Mobile Tech

I would like to complain about whichever admin is deleting my posts. I can see my post here on my screen, written in triplicate with a #2 pencil, but my friends cannot. Also...there are cracks all over my screen resulting from the process...I'm suing.

Should have been the unwritten laws of windows.
Think positively, windows update makes you more money because of how time consuming it is
You almost forgot the 2nd most important law (next to Moore's)
The speed of software generally slows by fifty percent every 18 months. (bloat law)
Tech Support Law #2 is a close cousin to
"The Proximity Fix"
The closer a programmer/support person is to your computer, the less likely the problem is to occur.

Tech Support Rule #X: Buy a girl a drink and she'll talk to you for the night. Fix her computer and she'll use you for nothing but Tech Support for life.
On the contrary, these are not laws that must be obeyed, they are observed associations of behavior that will change and alter constantly as people change their behavior or follow other interests. None of them existed in this form 100 years ago, and likely none will exist in ten more.
