I would like to put in an Idea to help the lower and middle class americans this may help to move money into the system for busnes also to slow down forclosers and to help the american people in general
my Idea is to let us draw out up to half our 401ks and anuities with no penalties attached to pay off our mortgages and to pay our unpayed bills to buy what we need for our familys to get out of debt if we can draw only half that would get things moving and also allow the goverment to use the other half as they have done. this can be a one time offer . that is my idea thank you for reading this message
