The Los Angeles Times reports this morning that an employee of e-Bullion co-owner James Fayed has been arrested in connection with the murder of his wife, Pamela Fayed. However, the report says that the man, Jose Luis Moya, is not an e-Bullion employee:
Moya, who worked as the manager of James Fayed's Moorpark ranch, allegedly rented a sport utility vehicle that was used in the attack and was seen fleeing from the scene in the vehicle, according to a law enforcement source who requested anonymity due to the sensitivity of the ongoing investigation. Moya is not believed to have actually wielded the knife in the attack, the source said.
The Times reports that Moya is being held without bail, and police have not named a suspect in the knife attack.
James Fayed has not been charged in the case, but remains in custody on a federal charge of operating a money transmittal business without a license. That case will go to trial this month.

My best guess is that Fayed's businesses will be put in the hands of a receiver. Assets recovered by the goverment will most likly be passed out to the investors. The question is what percentage of investor's money will be repaid?
Fayed can now be expeded to spend the next few years in jail as he waits for trial. These things move so slowly.
I have the actual murder complaint up on my blog:

Breaking news:
e-Bullion co-founder charged with murder
I was notified of the news by Paul Huebl; additional details came from the Ventura County Star.
However, there's no word on what will happen with e-Bullion's seized assets, and it may be a long time before anyone finds out -- both trials have yet to begin.

The Government stole about $15,000 of my money that was in an e-Bullion account. I have a big problem with big federal government. Someone needs to investigate the FBI!
Dear people,
the one charge of transmitting money without a license has nothing to do with the murder charge. Each is a separate case. Lets wait what the trial which starts on the 30th of September brings. Just in case he wins that, the Government has to give back all seized property. And if fayed cannot run it, there is still the daughter, which could, with the help of the attorneys, who could appoint somebody.
