PS. Scientology got charged for organized fraud today in France. Which makes it the fourth country, after Greece (Scientology banned), Belgium (almost banned) and Germany (in the process of getting it banned) to join the fray.

Why don't you address the problems and crimes of $cientology? L. Ron Hubbard lying about his past on so may parts, $cientology and its Vulture Ministers, $cientology lying about getting a medal for their "work" during the 911 tragedy from the NYFD (Basically insulting the 100's of firefighters that died that day, to make themselves look good.), the forced abortions, the forced child labour, the $cientology gulags, the government infiltration and stealing of government documents that was bad for $cientology, harassment of $cientology critics, all the $cientology front groups that are created for twp purposes, to get $$$ from people and get new recruits. WISE, Narconon, Criminon are just a 3 from literally hundreds of front groups that do not tell you of their affiliation with $cientology, (If $cientology is so good why hide that fact?) the murders etc. Seems unlikely? And, here is something that you won't here from any $cientologist, I encourage you to not only look at $cientology protest sites but go out and check $cientology sites for comparison. Keep in mind that you are looking for substantiated independent proof, not a opinion. An opinion can be disguised as a statement supplied by a supposed third party telling you how wonderful something is. But, if you don't know anything about that third party, what does that say?

Now after all that, lets take the above post seriously. He makes some very serious allegations, allegations that are suppose to scare you and manipulate your feelings. Now, go and find some articles of Anonymous and their crimes. Better yet, why doesn't the above poster supply us with some evidence of his assertions, rather than just make blind attacks?

So now millions of people reading these articles knows that the CoS' best PR efforts are to have a Scientologist pornographer commit 4,000 counts of perjury in a day. I forgot to ask: Where is the number 4000 coming from? What source of "hard evidence" can the group Anonymous actually provide? Do they have a list of all the videos? If that is the case, this would substantiate my claim that the group Anonymous was behind the attack.

First off, to Jay: Wikinews may have been the only 'official' report that talked about Oschaper, but The Standard could have found out this information from other places. They didn't necessarily get it from Wikinews and not cite their sources.

To the 'Where is the solid evidence against Schaper? Show me a valid link to him and the take-downs' poster, in the days leading up to the mass takedown, oschaper filed loads of bogus DCMAs under his own name (how stupid can you get?), I personally had a video removed on a claim by 'Oliver Schaper', he also filed them under 'Media House Enterprises' which is the parent company of the porn company 'Peephole TV'; some basic Google searching will show you that Oliver Schaper is the head of those companies. Another fake name Schaper used was 'ContentHouse Americ, Inc' which does not exist.
As for the mass takedown, it is assumed by Anonymous that Schaper could not have possibly done this alone, we strongly believe that he was helped by, or that the whole thing was done by, Scientology's 'Office of Special Affairs' which is basically their 'dirty tricks' department. The timing is relevant as there was recently a big anti-Scientology conference last week, the OSA like to do things like this whenever there is a big event which will lead to added interest in Anonymous. They did a similar attack on our YouTube videos after an earlier conference.
Also of note is that if you type Scientology into YouTube search, aside from their channel link at the very top (which is bought and paid for BTW), EVERY result on the first page AT LEAST is anti-Scientology, and that's gotta piss off the cult!

Bottom line is this: whether Schaper was connected to the 'American Rights Counsel LLC' DMCAs or not, he filed false DMCAs under his own name, and ones that he made up and can be linked to, he is therefore GUILTY. Anonymous is taking the appropriate legal action against him and the clock is ticking for him; contrary to what the cult will tell you, we are peaceful and we work within the system, bringing Scientology's crimes to light and seeing them dealt with using DUE LEGAL PROCESS. As for the 'American Rights Counsel LLC' takedowns, Oschaper will probably be nailed for that too. Why? Because the OSA will make certain of it, they will hang him out to dry, and that's they way they operate on a daily basis.

Yes, there is a court case going on in France, the CoS will most likely be found guilty of all charges and probably banned, and then the rest of the EU will follow suit. Your time is running out Miscavige.....

I think you said "rarely" because you don't know for sure if any have been filed, ever.

So far, there has been no downside for people filing false DMCA notices.

I feel for this guy, but his comments about Islam are factually incorrect. First is that he infers that Muslims believe only Muslims will be saved, which is not something that Muslims have ever believed--Muslims actually believe that God deals justice to all individuals based on the value of their actions as well as the intentions behind their actions, which sensibly boils down to only willfully evil people get punished and everybody else gets reward for the good and forgiveness for the mistakes, which is why Muslims describe God as characteristically benevolent and merciful (which is in fact the first line of the Qur'an, if you were to consider its meaning and purpose).

Secondly, his careless use of the term "radical Islam" is a misnomer because such radicalism contradicts the teachings of Islam, so therefore such a thing cannot be Islam. Imagine for example that the Jewish holocaust was carried out by "radical Christianity" as if there is some version of Christianity that teaches genocide. Such a thing is inconceivable and there is no such type of Christianity. Just because those people said they were Christian, that doesn't mean it's true.
