Apple is being sued by an Alabama woman because she gets poor 3G coverage where she lives. The suit, which she hopes will become a class-action, claims "sustained monetary and economic injuries" from poor 3G coverage.

Wait, I didn't know you can sue over poor cell coverage. Apparently Apple has been "unjustly enriched at the expense of Plaintiff and Class members."

I thought this was my lucky day: I was about to sign up for the suit because I have no AT&T service in my house north of Boston. No bars. None. Nada. But then my AT&T rep reminded me that I didn't actually pay for my iPhone 3G -- it's a long-term loaner. My dreams of easy riches crushed once again!
