TechCrunch has an article this morning claiming that Ning's Marc Andreessen (of Netscape fame and fortune) is heading to Facebook, with a seat on its board of directors.

Kara Swisher floated this rumor back at the beginning of May, and regular readers of Andreessen's blog have noted that his "short blogging break" has gone on for over a month now.

It would be a good move for Facebook, but TechCrunch has also been wrong before.
