I think Google should explain what they mean when they say this in the Sharing authorization agreement:
..."I understand and agree that in addition to the information I choose to share, Google may only share information in the limited circumstances described in the Google Health Privacy Policy."

and this in the Google Health Privacy Policy:
"...When you provide your information through Google Health, you give Google a license to use and distribute it in connection with Google Health and other Google services"

Aren't they saying we'll do what we want with your info? Imagine, willingly giving Google (who already has our search and g-mail history) the ability to make money off your health information.


Maybe patients can bolster privacy by inserting legal terms of access (like an end-user license agreement) into the content of their electronic medical records.
