I don't think blockbuster will ever seriously compete in video games. so many others are doing it better in hardware and game sales. they also expanded their rental selection but ok?Their size might keep them "in the game" but with nimble competitors like www.gamefly.com they'll have a hard time keeping up with the convenience, selection, cs, perks, game purchase option, game trade in features they offer. Gamefly offers so much already and all online and through the mail.

I bought my second console (PS3) through amazon, then just upp'ed my gamefly subscription from one to two games a month. Cost me an extra 5 bucks a month to keep both my consoles feed. Try betting that blockbuster.
