Travel sites are in fashion this spring, with new sites adding at a steady pace. Finnish travel site TripSay is just the latest to emerge, for example, with ways to share tips about travel. It’s still in closed testing, but it plans to open to the public in a few months.

It's interesting how many of these emerging travel sites are from UK heritage. Check out other UK growns such as MyVector - http://www.myvector.info who have been quietly in this game since 2005 and wayn - www.wayn.com who have also been around some time. Are the brits more inclined to travel? As a frequent flyer i'm glad to see these tools evolving. The strong competition is driving these sites to innovate which is great for the users.
