Once the patients learn their personal health records have the potential to be viewed by potential employers and insurers look for the signups to drop off. Who wants to have their insurance premiums raised because of their medical history or not be hired or promoted? Does anyone nowadays really trust large corporations to keep information about them private and confidential?
