Readers: There are two major developments in the e-Bullion story, located at the following locations:

Government attempts to block e-Bullion from recovering seized assets

Copies of the relevant court documents are linked from the articles. I am closing the comment thread here, but you are welcome to continue the discussion in the comment threads for the two new articles.

I know them all except Pamela Fayed. I new James and I was married to Anthony for only 2 years, I soon learned he was not quite right. Plus the drugs and all the deep hate for anyone who wasn't of white descent, when he's Lebanese; claims to be Italian(with a name like Fayed??, who's he kidding?) Does the AB know he claims to be close to him?? I am sure they wouldn't be happy. Related to the Fayeds of Harrods- WOW that's just plain ridiculous. I have known the family they are from Maryland and they owned a electrical company and ripped soooo many people off before moving out west. He threatened to dig my grave and put me in it.. I waisted no time in leaving Arizona that very day. I knew he meant it! I have had NO contact w/ him since. It would not surprise me if Tony was involved in this murder. He is capable and willing just for the thrill- I have heard him say he would love to kill someone just to know how it felt. look the following web site up and see for your self- http://casesearch.courts.state.md.us/inquiry/inquiry-index.jsp look up Fayed (last name only, it brings all the dirt up!) Lucky for me I got out when I did or this could have been me. I have been married to Police Officer for 10 years now and have 3 wonderful children. This family has always taken innocent people for thier money...too bad Pamela hooked up w/ them.

hi guys,
has someone any idea about what to do to recover our funds? i am really ungry about this because e-bullion, Fayed or his attorneys or whoever should at least inform customers about what is going on, since this started we have not received a single communication and we are just left alone with no information what so ever, same applies to the US gov, they freeze our funds and do not have the decency to at least tell us what to do to access our money, dont you guys think that we should organize and start to defend our rights?

3) Possibly share costs of legal assistance & other professional help

Hi Folks,

In reviewing my last comments I wish to add this. It is easy enough to inject anger into a moment but usually it is not of benefit to all concerned. The details of how imagination brings about a desired result is not as important as the fact that it has done so already. By saying that the erroneous actions of others should be responded to with desire for their harm - is a lesser outcome than simply to leave the universe or God within to resolve the matter in a way that is loving and harmonious. The desire for an outcome of benefit to myself and yourself is - in itself - a clear and positive desire that has brought about what we wish for.

Obviously, communicating clearly, offering win-win solutions, these are actions that public servants are hired to do. Lesser actions reveal them to be lesser beings. Our imagination is the correction and not a judgment. Saying this - I do not wish harm upon the perpetrators of this injustice of withholding funds - I do imagine it resolved with clear explanations and funds returned.

Sincerely.

Hi Folks,
Hiding behind the

Hi Folks,

Hiding behind the fiction of government is the scoundrels skill.

Oh, we are just doing our duty. We aren't responsible. We're just obeying orders or some law. Don't blame us. Or some judge makes a decision based on the liars before him/her and call it precedent.

That bird has no wings.

But we are just helpless men and women against a monolithic government. What can we possibly do?

This universe is layered. I do not know your beliefs fellow e-bullion storage of gold/silver holder. I do tell you this. You, the individual man and woman, are truly more powerful than any fictional government or agency. These fictions were created to be of service to the man and woman, not to the fictional structure. What created these fictions to begin with? Was it not some man or woman imagining what would best serve all men and women fairly? Or was it some tyrant learning to divert the energy of men and women to his/her purposes? So what was this energy that was diverted?

Do you watch television? Do you read newspapers? Do you listen to radio? Does a preacher form your opinions of the world? These can be useful - but limited. IF you yield your imagination and your power of imagination to others - they have your precious energy fulfilling their desires and dreams - NOT yours.

What does this mean?

GIVE power to yourself, your invisible, central core of creative being. Honor your inner self. It is this self that you can give or take away from the fictions of this world. It also is the source of power to touch those who would defraud you and harm you. And your power will reach them in ways that they cannot stop or perceive.

You may know this Self as God within, or some great being from any number of belief systems, or simply as your immortal oneness. There is power in this. You and I, we can cease to volunteer into what we see as damaging to life and harmful to us and our loved ones.

With no outer action, completely hidden away from the obedient slaves of any system, I can live a life different than that intended by the malicious ones, or the obedient slaves of a system too large and corrupt to work, or the just plain ignorant plantation overseers that some well intentioned beings become - in any country.

This is not a warning, just the truth. Imagining that each individual man, woman, lawyer, judge, FBI agent, politician involved in this fiasco of no information and withholding of assets, that each of these cannot say to me - I was just doing my job - Imagining that each of these who hold the key to our assets is suffering with conscience, pain, grief in their lives and illness UNTIL they act with honor and openness and total accountability is a force that no fiction can deal with.

There is much more to this than we think. The lack of honor and respect is not just a mistake - it lies at the heart of fictional governments and their slave/servants everywhere in the world. Even though I do not raise a hand in anger - it does not mean that I am impotent in the face of it.

Sincerely

Yes, watcher1,
You said it, and that is what I believe as well, but how can a foreigner get them to do that. I wish I could go there and get my money, gold and silver too. I have no idea how to do that, from outsite of the country. The US government stole my assets, and don't do anything to tell us how to get them back.
I know of people who wrote to me and there are some which have over 100.000 USD in gold. This is the theft of the century.

Hi Folks,
I have read much

Hi Folks,

I have read much of the comments about e-bullion. I am a small holder of gold and silver in e-bullion, less than $5000, depending on the manipulated values of these commodities.

There are certain principles involved here. The so called authorities in this case are far out of line. They appear to have operated with a form of corruption known as arrogance and theft. I suspect many of you are brain changed into admirable thinkers who look at the side of the fictional government as if it is valid. It is not.

First - always notify. If you are not planning on theft - keep every account holder notified of exactly what is going on and what reason their funds are being withheld. I have been to the e-bullion site many times to discover the same ridiculous message there having nothing to do with the actions taken by the apparent theft. Today the server did not respond. Perhaps someone is preparing a message. Is this two month wait showing any kind of respect for their fellow americans? Some of you are begging for help - men and women of this land - pleadings and beggings belong in fictional court rooms where some kind of jurisdiction is claimed. It is so easy for lawyers with agendas to make up any legal statement they wish to justify what they do.

Some sophistic arguments in the comments are erudite and appear learned. The intricacies of law are not at issue. The question is - if e-bullion is evidence in a case - by all means keep the records as evidence. The assets do not belong to attorneys O'Brien and Aveis. Where the gold is stored is not the common sense issue. Who owns the gold and silver is the only issue. E-Bullion has never owned my gold or silver and it does not own my gold or silver now, nor does it own yours. This is the core issue. The FBI or the justice department do not own my gold or silver. It does not belong to them. They are withholding my assets at a time of great distress and no doubt the same with many hundreds, possibly thousands of others. This is unjust and bordering on criminal if not criminal.

First, I politely ask that they post information on the web site as to how to claim my assets from their holding. If that is beyond their skill level then, having all the computer accounts they can verify what they are holding for each account holder by e-mail and telephone and state what claim they have to that asset - even if it is only a temporary holding or delay. If the available assets do not come up to the level of what we account holders have established - computers can easily figure out percentages of return for every single account.

NOW is this too damn much to ask of our public servants in respect to our own property? Who are these trolls to play games with the livelihood of others? Does this sound like begging to anyone? I don't have the means to visit California but each of us can, in our hearts, despise what these claptrap lawyers and judges have done. Attitude is not a small thing folks. I am not obsessed with this affair but I am not an american sheeple either. Using made up corporate rules and regulations does not hide their actions or their lack of honorable action.

Sincerely

Feds drop charge against James Fayed, company still under indictment

(Updated) e-Bullion co-owner James Fayed is no longer facing a charge of operating a money transmittal business without a license. A judge dismissed the charge following a request from the U.S. Attorney's office in Los Angeles, which has been cooperating with local authorities in the investigation into the July 28 stabbing death of Fayed's wife and e-Bullion's other co-owner, Pamela Fayed. On Monday, James Fayed and his ranch manager were charged in the murder.

However, a spokesman for the U.S. Attorney's office told The Industry Standard that the federal money transmittal charge against Fayed's company has not been dropped. The court "did not dismiss against the company. We're pursuing that action," the spokesman said Wednesday afternoon, when asked about e-Bullion.

Federal authories seized approximately $24 million that FBI and IRS agents seized on August 5 from the offices of e-Bullion and the associated company named in the indictment, Goldfinger Coin & Bullion. It is not clear what will happen to the funds and other seized assets.
