One of the defendants is goldfinger coin & bullion inc so wouldn't that mean there would be no need to mention e-bullion by name That's how it seems to me reading the wording anyway

Fayed indictment doesn't mention e-Bullion

The United States Attorney's Office in Los Angeles has released the indictment against James Fayed and his gold-trading company for allegedly engaging in an unlicensed money transmitting business. There's not a lot of information in the two-page document (see below), and e-Bullion is not even mentioned -- only an associated company, Goldfinger Coin & Bullion. More details of the investigation -- including a description of how e-Bullion was involved in the alleged scheme -- are available in a memorandum from the same office, available here.

In related news, e-Bullion accounts remain offline, six days after a message appeared on the front page of e-bullion.com saying that the site would be temporarily unavailable while technicians performed "routine maintenance."
