Hola Adrian, nose si has leeido las noticias que a la esposa del dueño de E-Bullion la apuñalaron el 28 de Julio y el esposo esta preso y no sabemos nada de lo que pasara con el, el dia de 18 este lunes tiene que ir a corte y esperar haber que le pasara!, yo tambien deposite dinero en la cuenta de Bank of america el 4 de agosto sin haber investigado lo que paso y ahora estoy en las mismas que tu, aqui lo unico que se puede hacer es esperar y ojala que el FBI nos devuelvan el dinero.. Hola me llamo Adrián y soy de España.
El día 24 de agosto de 2008 mandé una trasferencia en dolares a mi cuenta e-bullion,
no me fue acreditado el dinero y a día de hoy a causa del corte de luz no puedo acceder a el, si fueran tan amables de indicarme de que manera puedo acceder a mi dinero.
Me gustaría saber si van a restablecer la conexión, pues mi preocupación de no saber noticias concretas cada vez es mayor, puesto que no se donde se encuentra mi dinero.

This is really fascinating. The way things are changing in this country right now, I am very curious to see what exactly happens with this case. There seems to be a lot of broom action sweeping what the public truly wants to know under the rug.

No comment from federal prosecutor in e-Bullion case

The federal prosecutor overseeing the case involving e-Bullion's James Fayed declined to comment when contacted by the Industry Standard tonight.

When asked whether federal authorities were responsible for taking e-Bullion's accounts offline, Assistant U.S. Attorney Mark Aveis of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Central District of California said he was unable to discuss the case, as it was an "ongoing investigation."

Aveis said he did not known when more information about the case might become publicly available.

Authorities arrested Fayed last week and charged him with operating an unlicensed money transmitting business. He is also a suspect in the death of his wife, Pamela Fayed. The Fayeds co-owned e-Bullion and several associated gold-trading companies, but were in the process of getting a divorce when Pamela Fayed was murdered in a Los Angeles parking garage on July 28.

A court document posted on Scribd outlines the case against Fayed, which allegedly involves the transfer of $20 million in proceeds from a "Ponzi scheme":
