Hello everyone,
Iam the one of the account managers who used to work with E-bullion, and now I am working with one more e-currency company in Panama.
Mr. James Fayed is one of the bravest entreprenuers who has daring in his ideas and implementations. No matter what he is a rich man now, he has more than 24 million US $ of assets which are not disclosed, where he invested in other companies.
I know a few of them like Patra BPO which is a san carlos based company, they invested more than 1 million US $ for its Indian Office. CEO of Patra John Simpson was at our office one day for this deal was finalised.
My question is WHY US GOVERNMENT IS NOT INVESTIGATING ALL THESE INVESTMENTS MADE BY MR. JAMES FAYED? ARE THEY LEGAL INVESTMENTS OR ILLEGAL?

It is a pity that we do not know anything about the current situation of E-Bullion. What we can do is seek information through the Foreign Ministry to the U.S., so that we report the location of e-ebullion.

Alex: I cannot answer that question. $24 million was seized by the federal government. I do not know what it will do with it -- e-Bullion's former attorney says the government was not authorized to seize the money, but the U.S. attorney's office in Los Angeles has not responded to repeated requests for comment about this particular question.

Hi, Ian.

I am from Sud America and I have following different comments from different costumers of e-bullion , I am worry because most of my savings I had translated to e-bullion months ago of this problem, that reach to 70 onz. I have been waiting to hear something about if it will open the page for more than three months months and I am very worry that nothing happens. I have papers that justified the legal owned. Should I write to FBI or other governmental agency office? or go to the embassy here to ask for help, if so pls, suggest if I have to do, What office? what department? or really wait for something good news.

e-Bullion still down for "routine maintenance"

Services on e-Bullion's website have been offline since Tuesday afternoon, despite a message on e-Bullion's home page that "routine maintenance" would only take four hours.

The digital gold currency site is owned by James Fayed, who has been charged with performing unlicensed money transactions and is a suspect in his wife's murder.

The Industry Standard asked Mark Herpel, the editor of DGC Magazine, what he thought of e-Bullion being offline for so long. His emailed reply offered this piece of speculation: "Everyone I know says feds took over the server to copy it all and install a back door."

The Standard has been unable to confirm this information, or determine when the site will come back online -- a call to the company generated a "call back during normal business hours" recording, and technical staff have yet to respond to emailed inquiries. However, the FBI and Secret Service have copied files in the early stages of other DGC-related investigations, and investigators will need records from e-Bullion in order to support their case against Fayed. Still, it is not clear if they have the authority to make a copy of the data on e-Bullion's server, or install a "back door."

The Industry Standard is attempting to reach the U.S. attorney overseeing the unlicensed money transaction case, as well as Fayed's attorney, to find out more about the case and e-Bullion being down.
