Original prediction: Pocket SILVIA, the mobile speech recognition technology by Cognitive Code, will appear in publicly available devices -- which could be a mobile phone, toy, or other consumer electronics gadget -- by the end of 2008, in line with the company's development plans. The criteria for this prediction coming true are announcements from either Cognitive Code or the device manufacturer on or before December 31, 2008.
