I think you should remove the 'harmful enough that people actually make a change' that is going to be difficutl to measure.

One of the newer technology monitor types (OLED, etc) pays for a study that proves that LCD monitors are extremely harmful to humans. ~~Harmful enough that people actually make a change.~~
