Matt: Russo is absolutely right that credit card fraud is not the same as identity theft. These two problems got mixed up in the Federal Trade Commission's case against TJX. The FTC unfairly treated TJX as a privacy infringer. The FTC needs to rethink the law of credit card data security and stop punishing merchants (like TJX) that are victims of organized crime. --Ben
