Can, you have a good point, especially since it was your own prediction! On the official FB blog they say "We'll be rolling this out slowly going forward, but fairly soon you'll notice our new Chat bar at the bottom of your browser—no installation or assembly required." We'll keep a close eye on this. If "fairly soon" doesn't turn out to be before April 14th (the original close), we'll figure out how to make this right.
