MADRID, (Reuters) - Barcelona-based pornography firm
Private Media Group said on Monday it had signed a
content agreement with Ya.com in a move that will enable the
T-Online-owned portal to create a pornography website.

Europe's largest Internet service provider T-Online -- the Internet arm of Deutsche Telekom --
bought Ya.com last September for 550 million euros ($485
million) from Spanish telecom Jazztel.

Private Media, a producer of XXX-rated magazines, videos and
websites which trades on the U.S. Nasdaq market, said it will
give Ya.com access to its vast archives.

Under the agreement, Private and Ya.com "are establishing an
adult portal", Private said in a statement.

Ya.com will include the portal on its Spanish and Portuguese
websites.

"It is a fact that adult content is the most popular area of
interest on the Web," said Alvaro Ibanez, chief web officer at
Ya.com. "This cooperation...will provide our adult users with
the best high quality adult content."
