NBC to Buy Back the Rest of NBCi

Scott Sassa. In a conference call Monday morning, executives said the network will now pursue a more "vertically integrated" approach to its Internet holdings, which include stakes in CNBC.com, MSNBC.com and NBC.com.

NBC Digital Media President Marty Yudkovitz said the network remains committed to the Internet. "NBC isn't going to be gun shy," Yudkovitz said. "We know better today what approaches work for us."



Correction:
An earlier version of the story incorrectly reported the price NBC will pay to buy the 61.4 percent of NBCi is doesn't already own. The price is $85 million.
